Initial Meeting with the Top Management to understand the Goal & Need of the organization - 2 Hours
We will proceed to Step 2 if, we see the potential :
a. To add value to the organization exponentially in terms of Topline & Profitability.
b. Release of Production Capacity [atleast 30%].
c. Improving deliveries near to 100% OTIF.
d. Reducing Project Lead Times by atleast 25%.
Interviewing key functions within the company, site visits and data collection -
3 Days [depends on site locations]
Followed by a Presentation of the Solution to the Top Management - 2 Hours
We will proceed with Step 3 if, the Top Management is convinced with the direction of solution and willing to proceed
Workshop with the Top Management & the Key leadership team -
2 to 3 Days
At the end of this process the leadership team will have:
a. A clear understanding of the strategy and tactics required to reach the desired results
b. A clear road map for implementation
c. An implementation proposal
We will proceed to next step if, the Senior Management is convinced with the Strategy & Tactics
Workshop with the Top Management & Senior Management -
2 to 3 Days
This step involves the implementation of detailed SOPs linked with the strategies & Tactics agreed in the STEP 3
Contract Agreement
This includes Fixed Fees per month & Variable fees linked to the achievement of KPIs.
