The workshop will be conducted live on Zoom. Once you register, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the Zoom meeting link and calendar invite. Make sure to join a few minutes early to ensure a smooth experience.
The workshop covers: why businesses stagnate, how to improve sales and profits using existing resources, inventory optimization and lead time reduction, practical frameworks to align sales, supply chain, operations, and finance, and execution strategies that deliver results.
